I had the opportunity to stay in two different rooms: a second-floor room and the penthouse. Both were great; in my opinion, a longer stay in the second-floor room would be better as it has more space and privacy. For a short stay, the penthouse with the Jacuzzi tub is nice, but you can hear your next-door neighbor. Nevertheless, it is comfortable and has an excellent view.
A plus: easy street parking.

The property was really lovely, the room was spacious and clean, aircon worked really well. The pool area is also really nice and it’s in a road off the main strip so it’s much quieter and a nicer experience whilst still close to everything you need. The Turkish breakfast was also 10/10. The one thing that was really outstanding was the staff, they were super helpful and kind, the best we found in Turkey, helped us organise different activities and also helped us sort out some stuff with the car rental. Thank you so much!
Nice spacious apartment, a 10-15 minute stroll from town. The pool and pool area was well maintained. Beds were comfy and the shower was always hot with good pressure (we’re a family of 5 too!) Staff were friendly and helpful
Well located, clean and spacious apartment. Kas is small, so everything was within walking distance. No swimming pool but nearest "small pebble beach" a few minutes walk away. Good, tasty breakfasts with daily variation. Very helpful staff.
We arrived early and they accommodated us. Kitchen is well equipped for self catering.
Basically … EVERYTHING.
Rooms were basic, but comfortable, with everything you need. Facilities (bar / cafe area, pool, deck area) were fantastic, pool is huge with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for all. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice for all tastes.
The staff were exceptional, nothing was ever too much trouble and they became good friends by the end of our short stay.
The location was perfect. It's situated right behind the main strip of hisaronu. The apartment had plenty of room and everything in decent working order. Pool was never too busy . It has all you need . Decent modern apartment 👌
The location of the apartment is excellent close to the bars etc and no noise.
A few stores close by to get supplies, groceries from.
The support of rental agency was very appreciated always responsive when I had a couple of minor issues.
