It's one of my favorite places in Turkey!
I intended to stay for 3 nights but ended up staying for 8. The place was spotless and comfortable, with a sparkling pool, well-equipped kitchen, accommodating host and staff, and adorable, well-mannered pets. There were ample cookware and plates, but no spices, oil, etc. in the kitchen, however, the host provided necessities upon request.
The property was a 15-minute walk to the city center or a 5-7-minute bike ride away, but for the price/value, it was a good trade-off. I enjoyed the walks and bike rides and taking in the scenery and fauna. I looked at a few other places in my price point and determined this was the best - the others would have been quite noisy with fewer amenities.
There is a small, well-stocked grocery/bottle shop nearby called Mutaroglu.
A thoughtful, hearty, and delicious breakfast was included every day, different each time.

Lovely, family run hotel. Small but perfectly formed. Family were all lovely and service was fantastic. Lovely breakfasts provided at extra charge. Great WiFi and air con and no queuing for sun beds 🤣 very friendly family and good prices for food and drink. Loved the two balconies ( two bed apartment). Ten minute walk to town with all the bars and restaurants by the river etc. Great communication from Berkay the owner prior to arrival as we arrived in the early hours. Info provided regarding WiFi codes etc and key in the door waiting for us.

Great quiet location only about 10 minute walk to shops , bars and restaurants! Small family run complex , bigger than expected comfortable studio apartments with separate bedrooms and lovely owners and staff who made us feel so welcome!! Although they don't provide food at the pool bar they will order food in for you from a nearby restaurant ( Turkish deliveroo!!) Next time we visit Dalyan we will be back!! Thank you for a lovely stay !!
The host, Murat was very accommodating, he couldn't do enough for us. We stayed in the 2 bed loft apartment which was very comfortable and the views were amazing. He also said if wanted something different for breakfast we were just to ask. That is called being looked after well. Location was perfect too.
The pool was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The apartments are basic however have everything you need for self catering. The host and Ali and his beautiful family will make you feel at home. I would revisit again with my children.
