Bodrum Local House has a balcony and is situated in Bodrum City, within just 1.7 km of Gumbet Beach and 1.7 km of Bodrum Castle. It is set 2.5 km from Akkan Beach and offers luggage storage space. The property is 1.2 km from Bardakci Bay Beach, and within less than 1 km of the city centre. The apartment was really nice and comfortable, we’re stayed there 7 nights and enjoyed. I recently had the pleasure of staying at an apart hotel near Calis Beach in Fethiye, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and hospitality, making me feel right at home. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any queries or requests truly enhanced my stay. The apart hotel itself was equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. One of the highlights of my stay was the proximity to Calis Beach. Just a short stroll away, I was able to enjoy the stunning coastal views and soak up the sun on the sandy shores. Overall, I cannot recommend this apart hotel enough. Whether you're seeking relaxation, adventure, or simply a home away from home, this establishment ticks all the boxes. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Fethiye.

The location is amazing as to start with.. the staff is the best in bodrum, they are so helpful, welcoming and they speak English, the thing that’s a bit rare in bodrum .. they are a very lovely team, Askidil is really helpful and nice and willing to answer any touristic question and bashar is also very nice and willing to help. I highly recommend the place.

The location, the staff, the apartment is very well decorated and it has everything you need (washing machine, iron, fridge, dishwasher). It is clean and tidy. There is a Carrefour on the ground floor of the building and other supermarkets very close. We were offered a bigger apartment than the one we booked with no extra costs. I definitly recommend this place.
