An anteroom served as a sitting corner and dining area with a little kitchen with a fridge, washbasin and even a small glass-ceramic hob. We were surprised to see even an Umbrian red wine in the kitchen corner, as a thank you gift for us, which we enjoyed very much. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy the beautiful city of Perugia. So very helpful right from the start helping with luggage and getting settled. The location is directly across from Santa Chiara, Saint Clare Basilica. So location is extremely good, right on the main street leading from Santa Chiara to San Francesco Basilica. Restaurants, coffee bars, shops, scenic overlooks are all nearby. Apartment has a lovely terrace to sit and relax, view of Rocco Maggiore, and it is well equipped, including a washing machine. Perfect for a short or long stay. Highly recommend apartment and host.

Fully equipped kitchen, 3 air conditioning in the bedroom, kitchen/main room, and upstairs ! Very helpful with the hot days. Place is 20 minutes to Montepulciano/ Pienza. 1 hour to Sienna and 1h30 to Florence. It's in the border of Umbria and Tuscany - near a really nice lake. We spent 4 nights and could not be more happy. Very relaxing place to spend summer holidays.
