This place was incredible with Kitchen and view that was mind blowing. The decor is rustic and elegant at the same time. I wish we could have stayed another night. Orvieto was our favorite stay 10 days in Italy. Sabrina is the best host. Free parking was a great feature on the road trip.

Nice stay felt like you are in your Italian relatives home. Very clean and you can tell they’ve updated the kitchen, and it’s supplied too. Loved the artwork of Orvieto on walls and the dog pillows. The little terrace is nice and the duomo view is wonderful. Parking at the duomo was convenient. The location is very central.

Gorgeous and elegant apartment in the heart of the village with a comfortable balcony for nights or early morning relaxing. For English speakers, I recommend planning your car parking prior to arrival with a translator. The garage is nearby but you need a card to enter/exit the facility and if it's not planned properly, it ends up being time consuming and complicated since you'll have to drive through the town. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place!

Pleasant large space inside with use of garden area outside. Lovely! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. Washing machine was easy to use. 3 bedrooms, great for families. AC worked really well. Highly recommend. Laura went above and beyond. She promptly responded to all our messages. She reserved the parking space for us and met us there to help with our luggage and show us inside.

We have stayed in many apartments over the years but Marianna’s flat (apartment) was by far the most exceptional. High quality throughout. Outstanding cleanliness. Peaceful and quiet location, yet very close to the centre of town. Marianna was a delight to deal with both before and during our stay.
This studio apartment was very clean and they used the space very well. It had Italian charm with beautiful ceilings and floors and some original stone peeking through the walls. The bathroom was large and had a washing machine for clothes. Checking in was easy and fast (you just have to meet the host a few minutes walk away from the property, no problem). The apartment was centrally located with everything close by. There were some street noises but nothing that kept us awake. We would stay again!
We loved the apartment and was in a great spot too. It was spacious, clean and had the basic amenities for a short stay. Plus there was a lovely communal terrace where you could sit in the sun, read a book or just watch the world go by.
Modern apartment in a good location. Spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated. Venetian glass chandeliers no less! Spacious kitchen, with modern equipment, and living room area. Very nice bathroom with modern rainfall shower and hand held shower fitting. Shower gel, shower caps and soap provided. Comfortable double bed and cosy balcony overlooking the piazza. Breakfast provided included milk and bottled water on arrival, with coffee and tea sachets, jams and Italian toast which I believe is called Fette biscottate.
Perfectly located on quiet side street only 1 block from center of town. Huge 2 story apartment. Private garage right under apartment. Immaculately clean! Beautiful furnishings, kitchen ware, decorations as you’d have in a private home, not a rental. Mario met us in the street where we were close but a bit lost. Very kind and then gave us total independence. Coffee provided and full kitchen to prepare any meal we wanted.
5 minute walk from the heart of Orvieto. Apartment was small but beautifully laid out, perfect for a short stay with a family. Host gave us lots of information and very precise directions for arriving and parking. Everything worked very smoothly.
We had a very pleasant stay in this modern apartment. New kitchen and bathrooms and very comfortable beds. We were met by a very helpful manager in the piazza nearby and shown around. The terrazzo had a separate kitchen to enjoy sublime sunsets. Great views from bedrooms too. Close to historic sites and restaurants and we found grocery store and baker just outside apartment. A luxurious and modern apartment with everything you could need, including Netflix! Its right in the centre of Orvieto, about 2 minutes walk from the Duomo. The interior décor and furnishings are beautiful and a lot of care has been taken to make a wonderful place to stay in Orvieto.
Great location! Compact studio apartment with coffee machine, kettle, kitchenette and bonus wash machine, fast WIFI with big TV you can watch movie in the evening.. The PAM supermarket is 2 minutes away, walking distance to the station and major tourist sites. Great value for money. It's a perfect base for a couple to have some timeout from the busy city life.
