The facilities were excellent. The bed was as comfortable as could be. Few people seem to mention the comfort or the bed and the picture of a apartment reveal nothing, but a bad bed can ruin a vacation. Or host Giovanni was very helpful, friendly and accommodating, all we could wish for! We stayed there for a month and any issues we had we quickly addressed and corrected. I cant say enough about the place and the experience, but the fact that we are going back in a few months speaks for itself.

I received a parking ticket in error and Mirko spent several days printing off emails and proof of payment and talking to the police on our behalf until the fine was reversed. Mirko went so far above to ensure that we were taken care of. And If his kindness want enough, his home was spotless and well appointed. The location was just steps from the Duomo and close to parking. Would definitely recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

Iwas greeted with snacks, mini bottle of vine and souvenir of Terni. I have stayed for almost a month and the apartment was cleaned once a week, bed sheets and towels were changed once a week.
