Beautiful property, exactly as described and shown in pictures. Quiet location inside the old village and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, parking lots. Marina was very helpful and was there waiting for us at the parking lot when we drove in - gave us the keys and showed us the way to the property and answered all our questions. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and was well equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay.

So happy I discovered this apartment. It’s located at the top of an ancient stone building overlooking the countryside. The area is peaceful and quiet. It felt very clean and safe, far from all the city noise and pollution. Plenty of street parking right in front of the building.
Inside was super clean, roomy, and tastefully furnished. There are charming original details everywhere, like stone walls and exposed beam ceilings, but the apartment has been updated with modern amenities. The bathroom was really nice and conveniently included nice quality shower products in eco friendly pump bottles.
What I really liked was that it’s very dog friendly. There were covers to protect the bed and sofa, towels to wipe down paws, and nice dog bowls. There’s a secure gate at the front door so I could keep the door open and not worry about my dog getting out.
It’s an easy walk to the town center on charming cobblestone streets. Lots of beautiful old buildings to see along the way.
The host Terese is gracious and helpful. Ask her for recommendations where to eat in town. The food is delicious. Thank you for everything!

The staff was so friendly and accommodating with everything we needed! The room was nice and we loved lounging by the pool and getting drinks from the bar. An added bonus- there are courts to play Padel which was a good work out!

I love this place. We came for the second time this year, and once again, everything was perfect. The staff is helpful, the location is excellent, and the pool is amazing and clean, with a wonderful view of the hills and the village of Spello. The garden is colorful and well-maintained, and having breakfast on the porch of your apartment will give you all the energy you need to explore the neighborhood.
A very comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a stunningly beautiful Umbrian town, with a convenient, free car park located just 200 metres away. The host is superfriendly and eager to help. The town is just unimaginably scenic and still untouched by mass tourism.
The owner has a fantastic two bedroom apartment that worked really well for the three of us. Two good sized double bed rooms, central dining / living area with open plan kitchen, beautifully decorated throughout. The location was perfect being in the centre of Spello’s old town up a small cobbled street scattered with small artisan shops and pots of blooming flowers. It was spotless clean, tasteful and very cosy. One of the best rentals we ever experienced.
I’ve never stayed anywhere (hotel or apartment) where every need was anticipated and taken care of. Things useful in an apartment you might not be traveling with - coffee, butter, jam etc. And if you needed anything else no doubt Monica would have taken care of it. The apartment is stunning as is Spello. Very easy train connections and in the flat part of town if moving around with bags.
The apartment was very big with 2 good-sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large dining and lounge area. It had most things we needed for a 5 night partial self catering stay. Most of all, the owner and his daughters were extremely helpful and checked that we had everything we needed. We would definitely return to this apartment and the beautiful town of Spello. Grazie mille!
Monia and Gianluca were very professional and excellent hosts. Very quick to respond both before and after check-in poviding tips on restaurants and grocery shops near by. The apartment has great location easy to access Spello on foot. It is very nicely decorated with modern bathroom and a beautiful entrance though a private courtyard where there are some tables that you can enjoy a tea or coffe on. It is clean and comfortable great for short stay at Spello. Recommended!
