Set in Mindelo, Apartamento Deluxe Santa Filomena is a recently renovated accommodation, 2.7 km from Torre de Belem and 2.7 km from Capvertdesign Artesanato. We did not have a very good stay but the owners were very reactive to resolve everything. I am sure they will make the necessary improvements in the future. The apartment itself is great.

The apartment is new and well equipped. We had some minor issues (because it is a new building) during our stay, but the owner came and quickly made improvements. Owner was friendly and did everything he could that our stay would be pleasant. He gave some good tips of restaurants and other places we should visit.

Apart Laginha Tess & To is a beachfront property situated in Mindelo, 300 metres from Praia Da Laginha and 2 km from Torre de Belem. Very spacious apartment, in a great location. We liked being close to the beach as opposed to the very city centre. It’s a nice walk to the center and a cheap ride by cab. Some noise from the neighbourhood, but I don’t travel anywhere without earplugs so not a problem.

Duarte Apartments - Morabeza is a beachfront property situated in Mindelo, 100 metres from Praia Da Laginha and 2 km from Torre de Belem. I liked everything about the place. I would like to rent it for a longer time, if I could afford it. On top of everything, I was surprised to discover there was NBA channel available on TV! I know, I know, you don't come to Mindelo to watch TV, but still... :)
