We had some minor issues (because it is a new building) during our stay, but the owner came and quickly made improvements. Owner was friendly and did everything he could that our stay would be pleasant. He gave some good tips of restaurants and other places we should visit.

It’s a nice walk to the center and a cheap ride by cab. Some noise from the neighbourhood, but I don’t travel anywhere without earplugs so not a problem.
