Laginha Beachview is a beachfront property situated in Mindelo, 50 metres from Praia Da Laginha and 1.5 km from Torre de Belem. The apartment was big, modern, had AC and was very close to the beach. The hosts were amazing and helped us with our requests! They even got in touch with locals so that we could have an authentic experience of São Vicente. If you book here, don’t hesitate to ask anything, and they will be able to provide. They also work with local associations that give back to the community. Highly recommend to get in touch with Turtle House. They offer a great experience swimming with turtles, whilst giving back to the local community. This stay was perfect!

Set in Mindelo, Apartamento Deluxe Santa Filomena is a recently renovated accommodation, 2.7 km from Torre de Belem and 2.7 km from Capvertdesign Artesanato. We did not have a very good stay but the owners were very reactive to resolve everything. I am sure they will make the necessary improvements in the future. The apartment itself is great.

Set in Mindelo, 700 metres from Praia Da Laginha and 2.4 km from Torre de Belem, Filomena Apartments LUXURY offers air conditioning. First of all the view to the sea is amazing. The apartment is new and well equipped. We had some minor issues (because it is a new building) during our stay, but the owner came and quickly made improvements. Owner was friendly and did everything he could that our stay would be pleasant. He gave some good tips of restaurants and other places we should visit.

Apart Laginha Tess & To is a beachfront property situated in Mindelo, 300 metres from Praia Da Laginha and 2 km from Torre de Belem. Very spacious apartment, in a great location. We liked being close to the beach as opposed to the very city centre. It’s a nice walk to the center and a cheap ride by cab. Some noise from the neighbourhood, but I don’t travel anywhere without earplugs so not a problem.
