Laginha Beachview is a beachfront property situated in Mindelo, 50 metres from Praia Da Laginha and 1.5 km from Torre de Belem. The apartment was very comfortable and much bigger than we expected. It had three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional toilet, big kitchen and a living room with a beautiful view of Laginha beach. The owner is kind and accommodating, he also organised a taxi from the airport. I would recommend this place if you’re visiting Mindelo.

Set in Mindelo, Apartamento Deluxe Santa Filomena is a recently renovated accommodation, 2.7 km from Torre de Belem and 2.7 km from Capvertdesign Artesanato. Everything! Clean and safe place. The view was the main thing beautiful and delightful. The staff was great and helpful too.

The apartment was brand new and in a very good location, 2min walking distance to Laginha beach and many amenities around(supermarket, restaurants,close to bus stop) . Irina was very responsive and always managed to help us on any situation. Internet connection was ok to work. The flat was very clean and there is cleaning 1 day per week. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.

The apartment is new and well equipped. We had some minor issues (because it is a new building) during our stay, but the owner came and quickly made improvements. Owner was friendly and did everything he could that our stay would be pleasant. He gave some good tips of restaurants and other places we should visit.

Apart Laginha Tess & To is a beachfront property situated in Mindelo, 400 metres from Praia Da Laginha and 2 km from Torre de Belem. Very spacious apartment, in a great location. We liked being close to the beach as opposed to the very city centre. It’s a nice walk to the center and a cheap ride by cab. Some noise from the neighbourhood, but I don’t travel anywhere without earplugs so not a problem.
