You can use the shared kitchen and a terrace. The location is closed to the university. I was there for a job, and with the monumental stairs, which are closed to the house and are the easy way to go up to the historical city and to the University, was up in a while. It is not in the main centre of the city, but the location is surrounded by some restaurants and bar, and it is a quiet place. Thanks for my well staying.

We booked cause of it has jacuzzi which we had a little time to enjoy in the morning. The breakfast was the best for us. Served in the picnic basket, all what we got was delicious (fresh cheese, bread, crosaints...). Highly recommended.
