These are clean, modern units in a nice old building and the location is convenient to many sights. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious, given the overall small size of the unit.

This was by far the nicest place we stayed while in Portugal for 3 weeks. The hosts were gracious, friendly & accommodating. I highly recommend staying here & will stay here again the next time we are in the Coimbra area. Great experience!!!
Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Great location, in a beautiful old building right in the centre of the historic district. Kitchen available for self catering, but also bar with snacks. I also liked that the beds are not just metal frames, the way they are built provides a feeling of privacy
In the heart of the old town and great location for a day or two's visit. Compact room & en-suite shower but clean & comfortable. Hassle free check in & out. Shared kitchen perfectly adequate for self-catering.
Things to bear in mind: No parking in the immediate vicinity if you come by car, and a fair walk if you arrive at the bus station. This is purely down to the location near the historical centre & not a major issue. Upstairs with no lift. Keep GPS handy to find the place.
