refurbished classic coimbra building. our unit was on the top floor, attic/loft studio. high ceilings, lots of space, modern, well appointed and equipped. free street parking (though during the day they are often full). very helpful and welcoming host (bruno was on duty, nice guy). maybe a 10 minute walk up to the university or to the main tourist pedestrian street.

Great location, in a beautiful old building right in the centre of the historic district. Kitchen available for self catering, but also bar with snacks. I also liked that the beds are not just metal frames, the way they are built provides a feeling of privacy
In the heart of the old town and great location for a day or two's visit. Compact room & en-suite shower but clean & comfortable. Hassle free check in & out. Shared kitchen perfectly adequate for self-catering.
Things to bear in mind: No parking in the immediate vicinity if you come by car, and a fair walk if you arrive at the bus station. This is purely down to the location near the historical centre & not a major issue. Upstairs with no lift. Keep GPS handy to find the place.
The apartment in a central location is very comfortably and practically furnished. Nothing is missing for a self-catering stay. I had never found so many sharp knives before. The AC also heated very well. Many details have been taken into account. The view of Santa Clara and the university was absolutely impressive. Even if we couldn't get to know each other in person, Eduardo was always there and responded quickly. I can 100% recommend this lovely apartment. Thanks Eduardo
