This AAA Four Diamond hotel is connected to Logan International Airport via a skybridge and is the only Boston hotel directly connected to Terminals A & E. we arrived at a really bad time, late flight. So we were checking in at 2am. Shuttle bus was running but we had to call the hotel to get it sent round. Something to note. Staff at check in really helpful. Next day again staff good, coffee shop good, stored our bags really easily, Shuttle bus good to blue line for easy trip into Boston. So as a one day stop over on our way home it is a great location and suited us fine. We did pay a high price I think for a one night stay, but I guess the location was a priority for us.

We came during the first week of July and had a great time. We walked and took the subway everywhere we needed to go. We felt very safe and remarked to each other how clean the city was. We stayed on Lafayette Ave, right downtown, and couldn't have picked a better location. It was so convenient to the pier, the USS Constitution, the subway, and so many historical sites. It's hard not to do some touristy things, but they were worth it! Recommend a sunset cruise, Boston Commons and checking out the monuments, the Bell in Hand, Vinoteca di Monica (amazing Italian sub), Granary Burying Ground (U.S. National Park Service), and SO many more places! There's so much to do here! The subway makes it easy to move around town, too.
I felt most of experience was very good during staying. I pre-requested early check-in and they provided the service to me. Especially Well-facilities in the room were perfect to take a rest and enjoy cooking with food from supermarket (market basket). When I checked-out, my room rate was overcharged but i couldn't argue about that due to behind schedule. But the overcharged payment was returned to me through direct phone call. Public transportation is also close to hotel and easy to access super market. It is worth to stay here when you visit Boston. At the last I think this hotel would be perfect if your check-in/out counter's staff have been a little bit more kind and had a smile.
Lady at desk named Ledi, treated me as if my money was not good enough for hotel stay, came across very Racist by way of choice of words and body language, told me to go stay a a Motel that may take my cash. She told me my rate would be $60 more than what the original $121 amout was, with no explanation. Theres more, but i will be notifying HR and Patrick Pacious about this. The location was 85 American Legion hwy, Revere MA
Winthrop is easy to get around by foot, car, or bus. Very safe and friendly community. Recommend D'Palma Restaurant for Italian food, and Belle Isle Seafood. Both offer casual dining with good food for a reasonable price.
Boston is my favourite City in the World A walkable city with so many attractions and great neighbourhoods to hang out in Superb bars and restaurants, it's an ideal start and end to a vacation in New England or simply for a few days break. Take in the Red Sox, Celtics or Bruins in this sporting city Within 45 minutes is Lexington, Plymouth
This hotel is friendly, clean, close to public transportation and all staff were friendly, professional and informative. Great breakfast, no fee parking and a free shuttle to the airport and/or blue line.
Upon arrival, we were given $20 vouchers per room for the ground floor restaurant. We used them. Also, the hotel was located close to a stop on the courtesy bus from Boston Logan Airport. It was convenient to take the bus for free.
The hotel's accessibility being very close to the JFK/UMass Train Station. Take advantage of the free hourly shuttle to the Convention Center and to the Boston Logan Airport. Comes in very handy after checkout.
Very well located at Logan Airport and with excellent bus connections to the airport and the Boston T (subway). Good hotel with good service.
Great hotel in general and for early connecting flights from Logan Airport.
