This is a beautiful hotel right next to Auckland Airport. The bed was super-comfortable and the staff were accommodating. Check-in was very easy and it's well set up. Breakfast was quite nice and the view from the restaurant and conferencing floor pretty great. I recommend taking a late onwards flight if you can, just so that you relax in bed and then enjoy breakfast rather than dashing out the door - you've paid a heavy price for the room.
The rooms are clean and seem well-maintained, with comfortable beds well sound deadened you can't hear neighbours or the jets. They have fast Wi-Fi and an espresso coffee maker in the common area. The hotel is closest to Auckland Airport Hotel to Countdown (Supermarket) and the Warehouse (Department Store) as well as all the bars, Cafe, and fast food.
The location. Shame about the lack of signage leaving the carpark area and trying to get to Novotel. People at the end of microphones/phones rather rude given the chaos that is Auckland Airport parking.
The location being close to Auckland Airport and great rates made this a perfect location for a first and last night of our New Zealand trip.
