The family was just terrific!!
The facility was nice and quiet, lovely view, everything I needed
But please be aware they are a good drive from Auckland, more than an hour, but if your frequenting Auckland id say just leave early am and I was intending to stay late anyways to dodge any traffic

Cori & John, their dog & chickens are very pleasant hosts! A very lovely location, be patient the long winding road is worth it to their peaceful home. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenities. The hand delivered warm loaf of bread was an added special touch! Only stayed one night but would have bought groceries to stay longer if we had time. Beautiful beach a short walk away. Glorious sunrise & sunset views!

The room was clean and tidy with a great view. The hosts are very accommodating and helpful. I nice quiet location with a fantastic view. Plenty of things to see in this area if you like beaches etc.
Just 5 minutes drive from Auckland Airport. There is a complimentary shuttle service from the International and Domestic Airport to the Hotel and back.

Value for money, the rooms are fine for what you pay. Staff were all really friendly. The restaraunt was quite homely. Inexpensive, quick service and i thought it was tasty. Breakfast was the same and they also have a happy hour in the evening.

Hosts were very helpful, considerate and welcoming. A quiet, restful place to stay. A good rural area close to the city but not too far off the beaten track. They have a great setup for weddings for anyone contemplating getting married. Would recommend anytime. Liz.
