The location couldn't be better, it is literally across the street from the airport. Bus stops are very plentiful nearby and the hotel staff is very well versed in showing you exactly which buses you need to get to your destination on the island. They are able to call taxis for you if necessary as well. All around wonderful location and very helpful staff!

Host-San is lovely. She’ll help you figure out what to do on the island and how to get there! Very very friendly and kind. There is a bus, and with help, you can figure out which one to take and at what time. My only suggestion would be if you can rent a car, do so. The bus does visit a lot of locations. But a car would make the experience a lot better. Especially if you only have a day or two

Diving Ever Blue Yakushima, Yakushima Pension Ichigoichie pakub konditsioneeriga majutust ja juurdepääsu aiale.... The little pension is run by a lovely grandma and grandpa. Very welcoming, even though there was a language barrier, as they do not speak English, we managed to get the point across via translation apps. They offer yummy breakfast and can prepare nice bento for you if you ask for it for lunch. The location is great, near the airport, however car is optimal for the best experience. The location of the pension is close to all of the main routes and key activities. We were staying in the private bathroom room and were happy with the facilities.

Puhkemajast Cottage Morinokokage saab üürida võrkkiigega majakese. Tubades on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Clean, comfortable, host was amazing and very helpful.

Aiaga majutusasutus Yakushima Minsyuku Suginoko asub Yakushimas, 18 km kaugusel Yakusugi maalt, 26 km kaugusel Shiratani Unsuikyost ja 11 km kaugusel Yumiyahachimani pühamust. Close to Anbo Port and restaurants (about a 25-35 minute walk if you don’t have a car). Bus stops conveniently located for trips to Jomon Sugi & YakusugiLand. Ask host or information centre for times and locations. Friendly staff. I recommend at least 3 full days in Yakushima.
