Kota Kinabalu
The units in the villa complex are equipped with air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a kitchen, a dining area, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, slippers and a hair dryer. All units feature private entrance. At the villa complex, the units come with bed linen and towels. We love the location and sunsets. The villa is top of the top. The owner is a great person, answered all questions we had about different things. I highly recommend this place to everyone:)

As a large family of 27, we had a wonderful time at Kimin's Kinabalu Retreat! The house was large enough to accommodate our group and we had all the necessary items (blankets, kitchen items, shampoo, body soap mattresses, pillows, etc) to remain comfortable throughout our trip. The hosts met us right at the house and gave us a helpful tour of the facilities. There was karaoke, lots of games, and ample space for everyone to enjoy!

Very neat and clean house at 2nd floor of a shoplot. Located in the center of Kudat town, very close to shops and eatery place.
The host is very helpful and kind. He provided us with some info on interesting places to go as well as things to do while in Kudat.
Definitely will stay here once in Kudat with family again.

Perfect location for the villas and the restaurant. Very stunning surrounding. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Staff was nice and helpful.
The overwater villa.
We stayed at the adjoining Nepenthes villas 1 and 2 and there was wifi (for villa 2). I had expected none. Connection was generally good. Breakfast was filling although coffee was weak. The property was well-maintained with beautiful landscaping. Beds were comfortable, towels were fluffy and staff spoke excellent English and were so responsive.
The hotel is stunning, the villas are exceptional and the activities are fantastic and thoughtful. We loved the turtle talk. The staff were wonderful - really excellent hospitality.
The villas were perfect for a relaxing few days at a nice pool and beach with a beautiful view. The apartment was beautiful and the staff were very nice (quick to reply to WhatsApp enquires). The kitchen was good enough for cooking our own food most of the time. We had a hire car, which I would say you really need if you go there, it’s a little far from any shops or anything.
Very good place in front of the see in small village near to town of Kudat. Very helpful stuff. Host as well as all others. Also very tasty food like lunch and dinner provided (for extra money) The owner Jumaidi was always helpful. He is very friendly. He also helped us to arrange transport to Kinabalu park and he also solved our issue with next hop accommodation we had. I can only recommend if you prefer the homestays on the places like this instead of hotel or luxury residence.
The Villa is well design and luxurious. Close to the beach
It was luxurious yet exotic villa. Feel peace and love in the garden. Very exclusive as they only have 3 villas. At the back of villa can visit the river within 10min walks.

Our hillside villas 19 and 20 had fantastic views. We enjoyed the many2 steps (haha!) simply for the experience. Alyssa & brandon were great from start to end. We ate every meal for 4D3N at the cafe, except for one in room dining & a beachfront experience - consistently yummy food & friendly staff. Boat transfer from sutera harbour was perfect!
