Outside you are presented with lush and well cared for gardens (with lots of birds). Inside, everywhere you turn there is a new thing to discover (it’s a big like living in a beautiful and interesting museum). You are living on a small tea plantation in a colonial era home. The room was comfortable, bed very nice, water very hot. But perhaps the most meaningful thing is the connections we made to the owners. They care for you and they help you. We’ll be back!

For people who search for a quiet place in the nature. Food was outstanding (breakfast and dinner) Owner is very kind and warm hearted and supports with everything you need. We will definitely come back once we return to Sri Lanka P. S. Kids will love the house cat :)

Super friendly family hosting us. Very warm welcome, nice and calm location in the jungle. Sunrise is very nice to see from the balkony. The breakfast is delicious and more than you can finish. We had dinner once, which was also very tasty. Mosquito nets available. Its a nature cottage, with some minor always-open parts, so there might be some insects also inside. Don't confuse the very good rating with a 5* hotel. That's not what is being promoted :)
