The manager was incredible and really helped us with the activities !! The view from our room was incredible ! I highly recommend this hotel ! It was the best hotel that I did in Sri Lanka. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by the host, who truly made us feel at home. The hospitality here is unmatched, with the host going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The cottage itself is cozy and feels like a home away from home – perfect for a relaxing getaway. We initially planned a shorter stay but ended up staying more than 5 days because we enjoyed it so much. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, homely stay in Bandarawela. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Mr Norman and her wife were very friendly and their customer service was superb. We felt like we visited our parents. Kids felt like they were in grand parents’ house. Very decent people. This is a 100yrs old Bungalow, very beautiful and well maintained. The garden is very beautiful.
