The rooms are comfortable, the property is soooooo quiet and peaceful. Feels like the most relaxed I’ve been in years! The staff did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, and the food was MINDBLOWINGLY good.

Thank you to the amazing staff at Villa Oceane for our stay… we stayed here for a week at Christmas and Indika, Saman and the staff all made our stay exceptional. The food and service was outstanding but the place, location and staff is what makes it magical… it was very hard to leave! We miss our Villa Oceane family

This is a perfect spot! The rooms are just up a small hill on a beautiful family property - you are right near all the action of Hiriketiya, but because of the location it is a quiet spot to come home to at the end of the day. The Sri Lankan owner is incredibly kind and able to help with any questions or needs (laundry, transport, storing bags, etc). The rooms are spacious and very clean and each has a lovely outdoor seating area to enjoy. There is also space for parking tuk tuks as well.

We loved staying here, the villa is so peaceful and has the most beautiful view. It was a nice to be close to both beaches and the breakfast at La Playa Beach Club was great.

Pranaya Villa es un alojamiento con vistas al jardín que está en Hiriketiya, a 2,2 km de Playa de Dickwella y a 2,4 km de Playa de Kudawella. Idyllic. It's just far enough away to be super quiet, yet close enough to everything to be easy. the hosts helped us rent a bike and it was just waiting there for us which was awesome. it's very stylish honestly. they had a ton of local recs for us which is nice and own a cute cafe and boutique down the road too. they were helpful and communicative throughout. would definitely stay again.
