Ruwan is the best host ever!!! A host that not only put his 101% to help us but also a super multi-talented guy. Can we say we are really very happy with the homestay!! It was really clean and the toilet, wow?!!! The place is well-equipped, has a fridge (with freezer), comes with a kitchen and room is air-conditioned! It's really pretty and insta-worthy! Ruwan speaks good English too! He is a superb driver. He gave us a really good package price for all the activities (including transport) for our 4D3N stay here. He brought us to the Safari to see jungle animals (we had a private jeep haha!!!), settled the tickets for our whale-watching activity (and even drove us there early in the morning to reserve the best seats!!), brought us to eat nice local dinner, even brought us to less touristy places to buy goodies e.g. Sri Lankan Tea!!!!! He even taught us to surf. How crazy is that? He can do literally EVERYTHING!!!!!! They say “Jack of all trades, master of none” but Ruwan is literally the master of EVERYTHING😭 plus his family is so cute and friendly which makes us feel so welcomed!!! Oh and for those who love dogs, he has a super cute black dog🥹 Ruwan is also very attentive to the needs of the guests and is extremely genuine, we were so touched 😭 He would call us to check where are we to ensure we are safe, come over with his tuk tuk to fetch us whenever he need him. A recently renovated villa located in Deniyaya, Sinharaja Vini Villa features a garden. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. We had an amazing stay! The veranda outside the room is so beautiful and you can see lots of monkeys and birds. The room was comfortable and clean with a good shower and fan. The family were so attentive and offered us lots of delicious coffee and food throughout the day. They were also so helpful and even did laundry for us. We also loved our rainforest tour with Vini, it was very good value and we loved seeing the different animals and swimming in the waterfall.

Featuring a balcony with garden views, an infinity pool and an open-air bath, Saltasia Boutique Beach Villa can be found in Mirissa, close to Thalaramba Beach and less than 1 km from Mirissa Beach. Amazing stay. The chef was the most welcoming and accommodating and made our stay very special, he even organized a surprise candlelit birthday dinner for my friend. The Villa is very picturesque. They made us feel like family. Also the best food we’ve had in SriLanka.

I stayed for two nights, and everything about the place was perfect – from the modern, clean design to the comfortable features. The beds are so comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and beautifully designed, with all the essentials provided. The owner was also incredibly nice and welcoming, helped me with everything and making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.

We recently had the pleasure of spending a night at the delightful villa Swallow Nest Homes in Dickwella, Sri Lanka, and it was an unforgettable experience for my family and me. Swallow Nest is beautifully designed with modern amenities. The spacious rooms were impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Located in Kamburugamuwa and only less than 1 km from Madiha Beach, Villa DK provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. It’s a beautiful new Villa run by friendly family. Big space, lovely garden, delicious breakfast, good for working online. Location is absolutely perfect for exploring south beaches and cities such as Mirissa, Matara, Weligama, … There are many good restaurants in 15 min walk (Bob was our top pick). Supermarket is also super close (10 mins by walk). Madiha beach was our the most favourite beach and its very close to the Villa. Thank you for letting us stay.
