Perfect for arrival (or departure). Derick stayed up late to welcome us. Our room was big for 5 people and very clean etc. We loved the carefully presented fruit etc for breakfast and the pool was excellent (clean ++). Can't say enough good things. Derick also helped with onward travel (lovely driver) and we found it very convenient and safe for moving around on foot, car and tuk tuk. A really perfect start to our holiday.

Everything I want was there and owner lady is in Singapore, but it seems like she was right there,took all my concerns and provided solution's, care taker lady was so good and hospitable and had a smile 😊 on her face all the time, looking forward to spending time in this beautiful ❤️ house

Everything was clean can park 3 cars easily.Place is very clean and it is definitely good value for the money we paid.The owner Mr. Kumar is very friendly and nice. Not far from Colombo either.

Acess to motorways to go down south or Kandy side was easy from nearest town of Piliyandala.

Great place in a very peaceful location surrounded by nature.! Sighted some majestic deer passing by just outside the property wall! Great communication with host!
