Perfect for arrival (or departure). Derick stayed up late to welcome us. Our room was big for 5 people and very clean etc. We loved the carefully presented fruit etc for breakfast and the pool was excellent (clean ++). Can't say enough good things. Derick also helped with onward travel (lovely driver) and we found it very convenient and safe for moving around on foot, car and tuk tuk. A really perfect start to our holiday.

The villa looked exactly like the photos—beautiful and impeccably clean. We enjoyed complete privacy throughout our stay, and the host was very helpful without being intrusive. It’s a perfect, serene getaway, and I highly recommend it.

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Good place, peaceful and beautiful. Very nice and friendly host. We stayed there for 7 days and it was very comfortable. It felt welcomed like if we were visiting a relative. The place is not in a Colombo city, but it takes 15-20 minutes by bus to reach a city center, taxi or tuk-tuk even less I think. There are shops and cafes close to a place. Highly recommend

This is a fantastic house with so much space. Place was well located and if you are driving , it is not too far away from the high speed motor way entrance. It was very clean and bedrooms were with AC. Pool area was fantastic. Perfect for relaxing. Kitchen was also equipped if we wanted to cook. The communication with the accommodation was very easy and they always provided with answers to any questions. The caretaker who handed us the key was very friendly and was also very helpful. Highly recommended to saty here. Value for money as well. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in Sri Lanka.
