Perfect for arrival (or departure). Derick stayed up late to welcome us. Our room was big for 5 people and very clean etc. We loved the carefully presented fruit etc for breakfast and the pool was excellent (clean ++). Can't say enough good things. Derick also helped with onward travel (lovely driver) and we found it very convenient and safe for moving around on foot, car and tuk tuk. A really perfect start to our holiday.

It's actually cleaner than expected and has a lot of amenities at a decent price. You are also invited to come once and stay, it will be a good place to stay.

Kohapeal on eraparkla ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. what a great villa. privately owned and you can tell it's been lovingly renovated. every attention has been thoroughly thought through by the owner who is a fantastic host. if it's available. don't hesitate to book this place

Aia ja rõduga Spacious Eco House with Garden & Scenic Paddy Field View asub Malabes, umbes 16 km kaugusel Bambalapitiya raudteejaamast. Majutusasutusest avaneb vaade järvele. Everything I want was there and owner lady is in Singapore, but it seems like she was right there,took all my concerns and provided solution's, care taker lady was so good and hospitable and had a smile 😊 on her face all the time, looking forward to spending time in this beautiful ❤️ house

Home in Battaramulla asub Sri Jayewardenepura Kottes, 12 km kaugusel Bambalapitiya raudteejaamast ja 13 km kaugusel R Premadasa staadionist. Mmm it was a total pleasure and the a gentleman to last minute, but I don’t think his care taker had any professional training, but he did his best, I hope next time I will learn about smoking when there are AC quid pro co, only 1 room had AC

Everything was clean can park 3 cars easily.Place is very clean and it is definitely good value for the money we paid.The owner Mr. Kumar is very friendly and nice. Not far from Colombo either.

At the time of our stay they were building a descent size pool. It would be nice once finished. Private and quite area. Acess to motorways to go down south or Kandy side was easy from nearest town of Piliyandala.

Our stay at The Green Luxury Boutique Villa in Mount Lavinia was fantastic. The villa looked exactly like the photos—beautiful and impeccably clean. We enjoyed complete privacy throughout our stay, and the host was very helpful without being intrusive. It’s a perfect, serene getaway, and I highly recommend it.

Great place in a very peaceful location surrounded by nature.! Sighted some majestic deer passing by just outside the property wall! Great communication with host!
