We had 2 weeks in Iceland and travelled around the country. We stayed in 5 different locations, all special and unique. But Gljásteinn was a little corner of paradise. Róbert built his house with so much passion and love and respect for the nature around it, it is very impressive. He was there to guide us, to give us some good tips about where to eat, what to explore, and the whole experience was simply wonderful.

The house was exceptionally clean, the hosts were so helpful and welcoming! There is even a pizza knife in the kitchen. The best part was seeing the northern lights right from the house! Strongly recommend!

Communication and location was great.

Great cottage in the golden circle, comfortable, it has everything you need. We didn't use the hot tub but it looked great. Totally recommended

Terletak 23km dari Geysir, Blue View Cabin 5B With private hot tub menyediakan penginapan di Reykholt dengan akses kepada tab mandi panas. First of all, that location was fantastic. A small cabin on top of the hill -just doesn’t get any better than that.  And the cabinet south was very compact, but with good use of space. The bed was exceptional (and I never rave about holiday beds!).

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Iceland. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. The cottage was super clean and had everything needed for our stay. Hopefully I will have a chance to visit it again :)
