The unit is clean, towels are crisp clean, all necessary kitchen utensils are available, wifi is strong, good water heaters, beds are comfortable and the host Peter is very kind and nice! The nearest bus station is about 12 mins walk. It will take you an hour to travel going to the city center, but you get to see the neighboring towns and see interesting sights. Overall, we had a relaxing stay in the caravan.

On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the holiday home's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. It’s absolutely immaculate and has everything you need and more for self catering, plenty of pots, pans, utensils, crockery and alike. The comfort level was impeccable, bed was one of the cosiest I’ve ever slept in, plus the quietness of the surroundings were an added bonus. There’s plenty of shops, takeaways and restaurants in Port seton and Prestonpans which are only minutes drive away, plus there’s regular buses that go right outside the caravan park. Lastly, the owner is so speedy in responding to any questions I had, nothing seemed too much trouble :)

The property is very close to the city centre, you can easily get a bus directly to the city centre. Plus this house is ideal for families and groups. The property had pretty much everything from clean rooms to furnished kitchen. They also do provide breakfast, which is a plus amongst all the listed houses here. The host mandy were a great host and were readily available for any help or responses. I would 100% recommend this property to people travelling to Edinburgh.

Comfortable beds and fabulous modern shower.Lots of storage in bedrooms too. Dining room with patio out the back. Garden was secluded and private and very quiet . Great idea to get into city was the 8 minute train ride costing £3 taking 3minutes to walk up to station and train right into Waverly. A real home from home.

Every aspect of the cottage has been done to a high standard. Exellent host who took the time to explain all the features and made us feel very welcome. Despite rural location, the property benefits from excellent wifi. Comfortable and warm with underfloor heating, complimented by a wood burner to make it extra cozy on a chill autumn or winter night. Will book again.
