A very pleasant, very clean, newly built facility where I felt well from the first minute. The host is outstanding, very care-taking, very supportive who keeps this property in an excellent condition.

Set within 50 metres of Cocles Beach and 1.3 km of Chiquita Beach, Casa Modi offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Puerto Viejo. The location is amazing, walking distance from the beach (just crossing the street) and the best restaurant in town “Pécora Nera”. Caribbean architecture with an European twist, perfectly decorated and well furnished. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Located in Puerto Viejo and only 1.4 km from Cocles Beach, Lomas del Caribe provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The villas are very well equipped to cook anything you like! You can tell the person in charge cares about maintenance and does a good job at it. The pool was cleaned everyday, I asked for more sheets and towels and they were provided right away. Communication was excellent and easy via Whatsapp. Highly recommended for a group of four or family with kids. Very private, you can hear the monkeys howling and all kinds of birds chirping. Close to all main beaches (Cocles, Puerto Viejo and my fave, Punta Uva).

A recently renovated holiday home situated in Guápiles, Casa Arthémis - Guapiles features a garden. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Location was amazing, the cabin is hidden like a gem. The backyard is full of exotic plants and we even so a Toucans. Incredible mountains surrounding the cabin, lots of birds, gorgeous trees and the color green around it spectacular. Wonderful place, reminded me of the Andes is Switzerland. Fabio the host, friendly and super helpful.
