Casa Modi asub Puerto Viejo linnas, Coclesi rannast 50 meetri ja Chiquita rannast 1,3 km kaugusel. Tubades on konditsioneer ja privaatne vannituba. We got the unit on the second floor. It had 2 bedrooms. Super comfy 200cm width bed. Fully equipped kitchen though the kitchen is outdoors, might not fit everyone. For us it was great. Barely any mosquitoes even outdoors. Nice place to buy fruits 5 minutes walk and a big organic supermarket less than 10 minutes walk. The beach is very close to the flat, big waves but we built sand castles with our baby so it was fine. It was very relaxing stay in a peaceful environment. They even have a laundry machine and were very responsive to all our requests. Felt very secluded. 10 minutes walk from the Jaguar Rescue Center.

Their team prepares the most delicious breakfast and gets you going for your adventures. We loved the comfort and relaxing vibes at Villas Piñas!

The villas are very well equipped to cook anything you like! You can tell the person in charge cares about maintenance and does a good job at it. The pool was cleaned everyday, I asked for more sheets and towels and they were provided right away. Communication was excellent and easy via Whatsapp. Highly recommended for a group of four or family with kids. Very private, you can hear the monkeys howling and all kinds of birds chirping. Close to all main beaches (Cocles, Puerto Viejo and my fave, Punta Uva).

The garden is beautiful, the pool too and the people are very friendly! The accommodation is very clean. The beach with a lot of bars and restaurants is very close and can be reached by a 2 minutes walk.
