This property was just as described. We loved the concept of a tiny house and enjoyed our evening meal in the greenhouse. The two white alpacas were a bonus. Their faces are so adorable.
This was easy access from our exit on the Interislander Ferry from Picton. No city traffic. Easy!

Convenience is key on a trip abroad! The Central Petone property was lovely and had everything we needed. The property was spacious and clean. The bedding, while not fancy, was warm and cozy. Everyone was happy with each of their rooms.

Marg and Phillip were so accommodating and hospitable. Their separate guest farmhouse was very comfortable and the upstairs bedroom was a pleasant surprise! Idyllic countryside surrounds the property. We loved visiting with Nancy, a very curious horse, and exploring some of the nearby tracks and villages. Last, we appreciated the use of the washing machine to do a load of laundry.
We really cannot fault this beautiful accomodation! Teresa our host was so helpful, kind and accommodating. We had everything that we needed and more, we felt so comfortable with all of the amenities, the location was superb! A beautiful little retreat home away from home.... It was a lovely apartment and the location was fairly good. It's easy to reach the central city by bus. It's not the cheapest stay if you are just looking for a simple place to stay, as it is a rather luxurious. However, the value for money is really good. I really recommend this place if you need to relax and is looking for a slight staycation.
A beautiful river retreat, very cozy and warm. Feeling blessed to have stayed there with a friend who needed an escape away for a night. The surrounding country side and river access was a bonus:-) Hosts are lovely. A perfect tranquil getaway.
