We literally had a massive luxury triple room for just the 2 of us… super good breakfast, and amazingly helpful owners (they drove us with their tuk tuk to the rock at about 4:30am…), all for a ridiculously reasonable price :). After climbing the rock we walked back? Was about 25-30 mins back to the villa (;

Just wow! Amazing Homestay with the nicest family. The location for us was perfect to discover Sigiriya and the surrounding as we had a scooter for rent. The host took care of every wish we had (organising a safari, renting a scooter, e.g.). Delicious breakfast. We can totally recommend this hidden gem. If we ever come back to Sigiriya it would definitely be at holly flowers villa 🌺

The villas are huge and clean. I loved the natural setting of this place. I enjoyed the inside, outside shower (lots of privacy but open to the sky).

When i got sick the staff really helped me out and ensured I got the care I needed.
It was an absolutely stunning, quiet, calm place inside a jungle but very close proximity to the town.
Luxury villas were amazing and and had most of the amenities.
Service was good specially the manager Mr Daham was very helpful during the stay.
If you want a relaxing, natural hideout, this is the place for it.
The huge property along with the spread of villas is incredible for a day to unwind and connect with nature.
You’ll be treated well by the warm staff and the nature trail is to die for.
The food was on point and the rooms in itself was large and well planned.
Breath taking. The villas are incredible you could not ask for anything else. But if you did the staff would move heaven and earth to provide it. The restaurant and pool are world class. The staff were so polite, pleasant and attentive. Brilliant from the moment we arrived to the day we left.
We had a wonderful stay at Mutu village tree house. We stayed in one of the treehouses, which are very luxurious. The open air shower and bathtub are simply amazing. And last but not least, the manager Ajith was extremely helpful with almost everything. He even managed to get us train tickets from Kandy to Ella, which officially were sold out, at no extra cost. This is a place we can highly recommend!
The resort is perfectly integrated in the nature with spacious and clean rooms in vintage design. The staff made our stay extremely comfortable with their kindness, generosity and care. This is a place to go for reflection, relaxation and a drop of adventure. It has a beautiful garden, a lovely swimming pool and a peaceful ambiance. We will definitely be returning to Taru Villas. We loved it!
