This was the most comfortable room I have stayed in Sri Lanka. Super large, clean comfortable bed, AC, fridge, balcony, hit water, welcome drink and breakfast. The host family is very friendly and kind. When Google showed me the wrong direction, they came to pick me up and they also dropped me at the bus stop when I was leaving.

the garden was amazing for having a breakfast or lunch outside in the gazebo with all the nature around.
The host gave a lot of advice and accompanied us to different places such as the mask museum and sea turtle rescue center
they listened to our issues for the breakfast and they cooked whatever we wanted with no hesitation

Amazing stayed at the VILLA 826 Ahungalla! Ramesh and his family were excellent hosts and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with fruit plates each morning. Originally we only booked one night but we asked to stay for longer as we were so happy. Air conditioner Room, bathroom and dinning area were lovely,very clean and comportable. Bathroom had a hot water with good water pleasure every time. WiFi connection was very fast and superb. It had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend! We loved it here! Great value for the money that of anything.

The property is a piece of heaven or earth. Beautiful scenic and calm. Most relaxed I’ve felt in days. Having a private pool within the property was great after a day of walking and sightseeing we enjoyed coming and relaxing in the pool… and the kids were the happiest. The staff were impeccable with their service. Or every request was considered and fulfilled. It was my husband‘s 40th birthday and we had a small group of seven here to celebrate the birthday. The helped us with an amazing Cake and fireworks. The host has been very responsive over Booking.com and so as Mr.Sampath managing the property. They help you with arranging with local sightseeing in terms of a car if needed. The team shared with us multiple special events that were happening in three city. Very hospitable and amazing crew.

We could not have landed up at a better place, this is a true gem, hidden away with great food and the most amazing beach - we decided to stay there at the last minute because we had originally booked a big hotel, but we were just dying for some peace and quiet after traveling around the country. We could not have been more delighted when we arrived at sunset to a beautiful beachfront and pool direct from our villa. Definitely coming back. The location is absolutely fab!! This place really exceeded my expectations! It is like having your own private villa on a private beach. The beach is extremely clean and beautiful. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Right from Anand who served us our meals to the manager Mr. Manoj and Mr. Indula, all of them were so cooperative and helpful. The rooms were excellent and the view is to die for! Will love to come back to this beautiful villa!
Our stay at Bay Villas Balapitiya was just perfect. The location directly on the beach is breathtaking, our room was well equipped and the served food was very tasty. The crew is professional and ready to help, but also very friendly. It was the best place we visited during our whole stay in Sri Lanka. We really enjoyed our stay here and would gladly recommend it!
This is literally the best place in Sri Lanka we could choose for the first stay! Not so far from Colombo, near the train station Ambalangoda, you can find 3 beautiful villas with the best cuisine and the nicest staff. We loved everything there, starting from the design, ending with the beach and the dog. We had the breakfasts and dinners served in our villa, always a lot of delicious food and nice conversations with the employees. We really didn't want to leave this place!
Bay Villas was exquisite. The food was delicious, the views were breathtaking. It was a slice of heaven and we enjoyed every little thing it had to offer. The staff was so hospitable and sweet we felt like we had a family who was looking out for us.
We had a private villa, it was very cosy, tasty decor, comfy beds, good bathroom amenities. The most we enjoyed our own pool and veranda. We also loved very well kept garden and main pool, beach is beautiful. The main reason to go back is their staff. Our butler Hassan was exceptional! Also housekeeper(do not know his name) who always had smile on his face. Seeing him daily already made us feel so good. Food was suberb as well-barramundi fish was extremely good.
