This villa is very cozy and lovely. It’s situated a few steps distance from the beach which shoreline practically is visited by a very few people who are the quests of 2 villas. The buildings comfortable, the room are conditioned, there is clear pool, balconies, subversion. there is breakfast service and having own beach restaurant with a very good and kind chef. The staff is very kind, they can manage everything what we want. The owner is perfect man who rules, and organizes river safari, and excursions to the site seeing of the towns, turtles farm, silk factory, and also the transfer from the airport and return! This is the place to be if you are looking for a beautiful, simple accommodation that is right in the middle of nature with a view of the ocean. Ramesh and his mother are helpful in everything and make you feel like part of their wonderful family. They help you organize your trip and go the extra mile to make your stay perfect.
The breakfast is amazing, you get a huge portion of fruits, tea, coffee, eggs and toast with Sri Lankan rice and curry. The property is in a great location, close enough to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, buses and trains. You are surrounded by nature and you can see monkeys, squirrels and birds. There are great cafes and restaurants in the area.
The family is so lovely and hospitable that you can't help but extend it all the time. They invited us to join them in their traditional family celebrations which gave a unique insight into the culture.
The price is perfect and value for money and I will definitely be back to Villa 826 Ahungalla on my next stay.

As soon as we arrived at the Villa , Irosh and his beautiful family were there to welcome us to his beautiful villa.
The house was cleaned and very well prepared to receive us.
I stayed with my family in two of the bedrooms, there is one more available,and those bedrooms had a beautiful shower and toilet outside, with a modern design and natural notes that alive the house lots of charm.
The bedrooms were equipped with AC and a ceiling fan , that is essential for Sri Lanka .
The house is spacious with a modern design that makes you feel home .
At the end we stayed about six days and we enjoyed every minute.

Our stay at Bay Villas Balapitiya was just perfect. The location directly on the beach is breathtaking, our room was well equipped and the served food was very tasty. This is literally the best place in Sri Lanka we could choose for the first stay! Not so far from Colombo, near the train station Ambalangoda, you can find 3 beautiful villas with the best cuisine and the nicest staff. We loved everything there, starting from the design, ending with the beach and the dog. We had the breakfasts and dinners served in our villa, always a lot of delicious food and nice conversations with the employees. We really didn't want to leave this place!
