It was such relaxing environment that it was hard to leave the hotel to do other activities. The staff were very friendly and attentive and made everything easy and effortless.

Unawatuna Beach is a 10-minute drive away while it takes 15 minutes by car to reach Galle Fort. The first thing which takes your breath away is the entrance and reception area with its high ceilings and fish pond. The Villa was a considerable size and felt like sheer luxury. There was an outside bath which was very unique, the bed was huge and very comfy. Lots of seating areas and double wooden doors leading to the pool. The food was delicious and breakfast was outstanding, with a choice of how you like your eggs cooking. The staff couldn't do enough for you and were so polite. It's amazing what lies behind the walls of this villa.. Beautiful gardens and fish pond.

It is a three minute walk to the Unawatuna Beach and a 15 minute drive away from the historic 16th - 17th century Galle Fort. The double bed is quite comfy. The owners are kind and helpful, they even offered to do my laundry for free (!), gifted me ice cream and tea. Excellent value for money in a calm spot close to the city with welcoming and helpful owners
