The location was perfect for us – close enough to explore Zanzibar’s vibrant culture but tucked away for some much-needed relaxation. Special mention goes to the staff, who made our honeymoon unforgettable with their exceptional hospitality and personalized attention. If you like to pay a little more and get a lot more this is the place for you.

The owner was one of the nicest and most hospitable people I’ve ever met. He was so kind and helped us organize our day and plane all our activities. The food in the hotel was delicious. We eat most of the meal there because it was so good. The hotel has so many things included in your stay like a bunch of water activities, yoga classes, pottery classes, and very nice clean pool with the most gorgeous view on the island. The view of the low and high tides are both stunning from the hotel. It honestly took my breath away. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable also. And everyone that worked there was so nice and welcoming.

Nastanitev Baobab Africa Lodge Zanzibar je v mestu Mtende, 35 km od znamenitosti Zanzibar Butterfly Centre, in nudi zunanji bazen, brezplačno zasebno parkirišče, vrt ter teraso. I travelled with my kids and to be honest this place did not feel like a lodge or hotel, it felt like home away from home. Everyone from the owners Eric and Sophie to all the staff were so warm, friendly and welcoming. They made it so hard for us to leave. We really enjoyed our vacation and we will for sure go back there. Thank you to all of the Lodges staff and a big thank you to Eric and Sophie for make our trip a memorable one. We will always remember this holiday.

Hotel Mahali Zanzibar se nahaja v vasi Paje na Zanzibarju in ponuja zasebno plažo, celoletni zunanji bazen, brezplačen WiFi, teraso za sončenje ter pogled na morje. From the first moment that we arrived, Mahali family made us feel like a home! They took care of all what we need and we had an amazing New Year Celebration there. Very friendly personnel and amazing owners! Very clean and delicious food. Location of hotel was right in front of the beach that you can do kite surfing and swim - feels like a heaven on the earth! Thank you a lot for your hospitality, looking forward to visit again in future! Karibu.

Great service (thanks Anna), nice territory. Direct access to beach with possibility of safe swim during high tide (which is very rare in Zanzibar). Two pools, comfortable beds, good breakfast and good restaurant. Definitely one of the best choice for this price.
