Breakfast was superb! I felt so happy every morning! All of the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Bed super comfy. My room was spacious and beautiful! Mini-bar options were generous. Would totally recommend it without hesitation.

Situated conveniently in Florence, Hotel La Gemma offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, private parking and room service. Great city hotel. Everything is new and cosy. Nice welcome drink when we arrived, guidance and reservations on demand from the concierge. Breakfast was marvelous. The hotel is in a small street right next to all the top attractions.

The breakfast at the accommodation was good, with croissants, cappuccino, espresso, fruit, yogurt, all fresh and delicious. If I had to mention something additional, it would be the lack of space in the bathroom (there is no suitable furniture for personal items). Upea huone järvinäköalalla ja muutenkin siisti. Huoneesta löytyi tehokas ilmastointi, jääkaappi ja kapselikeitin aamukahvia varten. Henkilökunta oli todella avuliasta ja sisäänkirjaus hoitui sujuvasti etänä. Saimme myös hyvät ohjeet pysäköintiin. Sänky oli mukava ja äänieristys oli hyvä. Rakennus sijaitsi aivan rannan tuntumassa ja siinä oli viihtyisä sisäpiha. Heillä oli myös oma ravintola, joka oli saanut hyvät arvostelut ja majoittuessamme kuhisi porukkaa.
