La Morra on pikkuinen, kaunis vanha kunta Piemontessa. Ravintoloita on useita, tosin kaikki eivät ole niin tasokkaita, keskustan ulkopuolelta löytyy muutama hyvä ravintola, mutta sinne täytyy mennä autolla. Pieni jäätelöbaari tarjoaa suussasulavat jäätelöt ja leipäkaupasta saa hyvät grissinit. Koska La Morra sijaitsee korkealla, on sieltä hyvät näkymät lähiseuduille. Italian kielen auttavakin osaaminen helpottaa kaikenlaista asioimista. Liikuntaesteisille La Morra ei ole kovin hyvä kohde mäkisyytensä vuoksi.
Ihana kylä keskellä upeaa Piemontea. Ravintoloita joka makuun ja kukkarolle ja huikeat näkymät Barolon laaksoon.
Kompakti, helppo liikkua jalan kaikkialle. Hienot museot : egyptologinen, Italian resorgimento/yhdistyminen, Palazzo Reale etc. Hyvä ja kohtuuhintainen ruoka, erinomaiset paikalliset Piemonten viinit jne. Lyhyen tai pitkän matkan arvoinen.
Monforte dʼAlba
Siisti, tilava huoneisto. Terassilla oli kiva nauttia Piemonten viinejä ja uima-altaassa pulahtaminen kruunasi pitkän vaelluspäivän.
Loistava sijainti vanhankaupungin vieressä. Tyylikäs, toimiva huoneisto. Avulias isäntä, hyviä neuvoja Piemontesta.

The location of the hotel is quite central and everything is within walking distance of a few minutes. The ferry and ships to the islands are 2 minutes away from the hotel. There are restaurants in the area The staff were lovely cordial and very helpful The room was spacious, with a balcony. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel There is parking at the hotel's cost, which is very convenient for those arriving by car

The property is amazing, a piece of art. I have book a room on this property only because of this Villa and i had not search anything about the area around, But this was another surprise. We visited with our two dogs and our dogs was totally welcomed as well.

Aries hotel very well provided everything we expected, with good organisation, good breakfast, easy car parking at the entrance and helpful staff. Great value and convenience. The bathroom having a window is a very comfortable feature.
This is especially perfectly located for bikers wishing to ride the amazing roads and cols of this area. Big bonus is secure parking (FOC). Signora hostess, in spite of no English, was very accommodating and tried hard! This is basic accommodation, clean and tidy but no real facilities to talk of. The restaurant below was not open in the evening so you need to make your own arrangements to either eat out or buy food to eat in.
This is a fantastic location, close to all of the pittoresk villages, but off the beaten road. A true gem that zi so warmly can recommend.
