My recent stay at this hotel was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and ideal location. Upon arrival, we were initially assigned a room that didn’t quite meet our expectations. However, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, immediately offering us an upgraded room without any hassle. They even surprised us with complimentary spa vouchers and a bottle of wine, which made us feel especially welcomed and valued. The hotel is perfectly situated for nature enthusiasts, offering stunning views and easy access to beautiful nature walks. The proximity to the cable car was a huge plus, making it convenient to explore the surrounding areas. The Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The facilities at the hotel were rich with activities, ensuring that there was always something to do, whether you wanted to relax or be active. Parking was another convenient aspect, being close and easy to access, which is always a relief when traveling. Considering the overall experience, I found the price to be fair and well worth it. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those looking to enjoy a blend of comfort, excellent service, and natural beauty.

This is a very clean and comfortable place owned and run by a couple. They take care of the place very well. The room I stayed was big and cozy with a big sofa and a large belcony with beautiful blooming flowers and mountain view. It is 200-300 meter away from Dantercepies Gondona so that you won't need to move your car and find parking in order to do the famous loop hiking. I'd stay here again when I'm back in the area.

Perfect location just few meters from the bus stop. Very comfy stay with delicious buffet breakfast. Hotel was overall luxurious and had a beautiful garden. Had a very pleasant stay. I think it was a good value for money.

Everything was amazing! The hotel was beautiful and the staff were so nice. The room was wonderful, every day when they cleaned it they left some chocolates:) The wellness area was amazing and we couldn't be happier to stay thr ere. Definitely recommended and we'll definitely come back!
I can't say enough good things about this hotel! It was easy to get to, very clean, the staff was great, wonderful breakfast, free spa, and they had excursions/activities everyday that were either free or at a reduced price. We did an ebike tour that was half the advertised price.
The location is fantastic right in the centre of the valley just a short walk from both big ski areas with lots of ski facilities nearby. I loved the fireplace at the entrance, it made the lobby very warm and welcoming! The staff were lovely, very helpful and the kids loved the pool.

Everything thing is perfect on this hotel. Starting from the location, behaviour of stuff, breakfast, cleanliness of room, comfort - everything exceptional. Hotel is just 4-5 minutes walking distance of the Ortisei main bus stop. Seceda and Alpe Di siusi cable car is just 5-6 minutes walking distance.
The room was beautiful and clean, the spa was amazing, the food was delicious, but most importantly, the service was top notch. Even though we checked in really late, the host was very responsive and accommodating.
