I've got to mention the breakfast as it is just scrumptious! Every day you get something different and it's a mouthful of taste. There's fresh pastry, yoghurts, oats, fruits and you can always order eggs if you're in need of some protein for your hike. The room was very clean and cosy, I really enjoyed that it was breathable even with closed windows thanks to the wall ventilation. Special thanks to the owners and staff as they are attentive: my wife asked for lactose free milk and they managed to adapt their breakfasts with this in mind ❤️ If anyone's wondering about the location, then it's easily accessible by public transport as it's 5 minutes by foot from the Ortisei center. All three cable cars are also in very close proximity to the hotel.

Loved everything about it. We stayed at the Junior Suite Anika and the views from the balcony were 100 even when slightly rainy. Room was spacious, clean, had a large wardrobe, sit-down area and bathroom, and incredibly comfortable beds. Dinner/ breakfast was amazing and had unbelievable selection - wait staff were incredibly friendly too. Spa pools were heaven after a day of hiking, they were heated even on the outside which allowed you to enjoy the surrounding views. Everything was well thought out - they even had tote bags with towels/ slippers in there so it was super convenient to head to the pool/ spa.

This hotel is amazing! We loved our stay so much. The staff was very friendly and nice. Breakfast is delicious and a lot of choice what to eat. Lunch and dinner are available for separate small price. Highly recommend taking it, desserts were unforgettable. Hotel also provided us free bus tickets to Ortisei (so nice and convenient). The bus stop is 1min walk. The room is big, clean and had a nice view and a terrace. We would definitely book again once we are back to the valley.

Our room was fabulous (junior suite). It was so spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The large and spacious terrace was amazing. We loved the view we had. It was really beautiful. The woman at the front desk who greeted us was wonderful. We had a bit of a misunderstanding about the room we selected and she was extremely helpful. She quickly corrected the error and allowed us to switch rooms with no trouble at all. The breakfast was outstanding. There was so much variety. The food was delicious. The location was exceptional. It is right in the heart of Ortisei and incredibly close to so many wonderful sites and hikes. We absolutely loved our stay here.
The room was beautiful and clean, the spa was amazing, the food was delicious, but most importantly, the service was top notch. Even though we checked in really late, the host was very responsive and accommodating.
Excellent service provided by every staff member.
