The receptionist was very accomodating when I came early. She gave me a bus ticket good for 7 days even tho I will be staying only for 2 days. I left my luggage at the reception and went to Seceda. After the hike, I checked in and got my room. Room was clean and comfy. The view outside at night was lovely. After my 9 hours sleep, I took my buffet breakfast and it was so delicious. I left my Jacket in the cabinet and Claudia message me about it. Too bad I read it late and I was on the train on my way to Milan already. I just informed her that she can give it to someone on need instead.

The breakfast was delicious, featuring high-quality, locally-sourced products, and the natural wine bar had an excellent selection. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The hotel was completely renovated last year and the new design is absolutely beautiful and the room was super comfy, feels like luxury for an affordable price. It’s a family owned hotel where all of the family members and other employees are extremely welcoming and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best service at any time. Just for example, after the check out we left out baggage in the hotel while we were traveling. When we realized we were delayed and could not miss the bus they didn’t even hesitate to help and bring us our suitcases all the way to the bus station! Breakfast is great, and the spa facilities are impressive. 11/10

We received complimentary bus tickets for a week! Exceptional view through the balcony. Breakfast was always fresh, everyday there were home made bread and cake. Genuinely wish to come back!
