The accommodation provides a lift, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. From their complimentary to/from pickup from Kurayoshi Station, from check in to checkout, all were amazing. The staffs, while they don’t speak English, are very warm and tried their best to speak with me through translator app. I also had the best meals there in all of my stays in Japan. The location is also situated in the most strategic area of Misasa right at the bridge and the Onsen outdoor. I’ll surely be back.

The ryokan has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. It was more fancy than I thought it would be, truly amazing. The Japanese style room and the public bathing area were both a fantastic experience. Close to the beach, with quite a few restaurants and stores around, direct bus to the station. There's a fridge, a kettle, some welcome teas and snacks, and a yukata for after the bath! They have three sizes. Highly recommend.

Kaike Onsen Hot Spring is about a 5-minute walk away, and Fukada Garden is a 15-minute drive. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from Yonago Train Station and a 25-minute drive from Yonago Airport. On-site parking is free. Hotel Staff's attitude is great. It makes me very happy.

The accommodation provides luggage storage space and a housekeeping service for guests. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked. However the stay here at Kaichoen was very fabulous. Onsen lovely. Room huge by Japanese standards and even by Australian standards. Greeting by staff in pouring rain amazing. I loved that staff were willing to communicate with us even though we don’t speak Japanese. We managed to organise breakfast. Breakfast was the best we have had in Japan. Thank you for a very unexpected and memorable experience. Highly recommend.
