Nice room and wonderful Onsen on the roof with a sea-view. on the evening, we listened to the Lady owner telling us her own story surviving the 2011 tsunami and helping dozen of people the following days. Her story was really emotional and she is a true heroine. I am glad we met her and I am very happy to spend one night in this hotel to help local economy.

Tagoto features a hot public bath, Japanese-style and Western rooms and Japanese cuisine, a 5-minute drive from Aizu Wakamatsu Station. This traditional Japanese hotel offered excellent service and wonderful food. The meal was the highlight of our trip to Aizuwakamatsu! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive to us.

Surrounded by sacred mountains and untouched nature, Tamonkan is housed in a historic Japanese-style building. Complimentary tea and snacks are served to welcome guests. We loved the beautiful Ryokan, the marvelous Food for breakfast and dinner and the friendly hosts. Thanks for a wonderful stay. It was my second time at Dewa San San and I can highly recommend Tamonkan.

Located within a 10-minute walking distance from the Zao Sky Cable aerial lift, Miyamaso Takamiya features 9 natural hot spring baths for guests to enjoy. Amazing immersion into Japanese food and culture. Beautiful rooms. Various onsens...all excellent. The meals were artistic masterpieces. Highly recommend. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Located a 7-minute walk from Gosho Lake, Shikitei Morioka TsunagiOnsen offers free WiFi and indoor/outdoor hot spring baths. JR Morioka Train Station is a 25-minute drive from the property. Beautiful classic hotel - small and private - with character to match located in a very quiet location with ease of access to the botanical (water) gardens, forest and the art and craft workshop. Staff were very attentive. Dinner was an amazing feast - and artwork for the eyes!

Located right in front of Matsushima Bay, Komatsukan Kofu-tei offers accommodations with free wired internet access. A beautiful place, wonderful location, very nice staff and excellent food.

Kashintei Shirahama se găsește în Senboku, la aproximativ 15 km de Izvorul termal Nyuto și la 49 km de Gara Morioka. A bit expensive but the experience was worth it, we had the best dinner of our trip in Japan, even though a translation of the menu in english would be appreciated. The room was big and confortable, we had a very nice stay here.
