El Seiryuso se encuentra en Kirishima, a 8 km del Sakura Sakura Onsen, y ofrece vistas a la montaña. The place is truly authentic, ppl may describe it as old but it's can't be more wrong. I would describe it as rustic and serene, especially with the river beside it. Yes!! A running river, not much of a great sight but the sound of flowing water bring peace to your soul. Also, there's a private and excusive onsen beside the river, you just have to reserve it. Now to the most important aspect, the staff of Seiryuso.The hotel manager, Kajiki san set the benchmark for top notch hospitality. He has a bubbling personality, always giving out good vibes and positive energy. Always ready to serve and provide service. Always service with a smile.😊😊😊. Well, Japanese are known to provide great service but this is a whole other level. A special shout-out to the restaurant crew, specifically the service staff, didn't manage to get all their names other than matsuyi san. Kudos to the other gentlemen that provided the service.

El Yurian está situado en Ibusuki, a 10 km de Ibusuki Onsen. El alojamiento alberga una pileta y un baño de aguas termales. All their staff were very warm, friendly and super helpful. Love the Spring onsen plus a separate spring swimming pool in the villa. Amazing views!!

El Iseebisou se encuentra en Ibusuki, a 30 km de Ibusuki Onsen, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, terraza y estacionamiento privado gratuito. The hotel is located in a beautiful natural setting, on the seafront and with spectacular views. The hotel staff treated us very kindly and helped us with everything we needed. They even picked us up and took us to the station when we left. They made us feel at home! Highly recommended

El Bihadanoyu Koshikano Onsen se encuentra en Kirishima, a 47 km de la estación de Kagoshima Chuo, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, estacionamiento privado gratuito y bar. I wish we stayed here longer. This is where we stayed when we arrived from Kagoshima Airport. Absolutely beautiful place with helpful staff. Best breakfast we had in Japan! The onsen in the room was amazing!

Hanon～波音～ está en Tatsugo, a 13 min a pie de Playa de Kurasaki, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, estacionamiento privado gratis, terraza y bar. It’s a family owned guest house with mother, father and two kids born 2020 and 2023. The father speaks English and that is friendly and eager to help. The common area is the same as the family’s private space. As a family you have access to a big bath tub big enough for four people. The house is made out of mainly wood, which is spacious and cozy. They created small areas for kids to play. Example a small ropeway. The father likes spear fishing. Relaxed atmosphere and helpful family made the trip to Amami really pleasant. Recommended.

El Rainbow Sakurajima se encuentra en Kagoshima y ofrece un restaurante. Hay conexión wifi gratis. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado. También hay un hervidor eléctrico. A very nice Japanese style hotel right by the ferry terminal.

El Koran no Yu Kinkouro ofrece habitaciones con conexión wifi gratis y baños termales públicos cubiertos y al aire libre con vistas a la bahía de Nishikiko y a Sakurajima. The service was outstanding! Every care was taken to assure we were comfortable and our plans were intact. This included picking us up at the train station at midnight after travel mishaps, helping us figure out taxi, busss, and train travel to a seaside Onsen, and calling ahead to our next destination to coordinate a shuttle. This is one of the few places that saw my long legs and immediately went to get a larger Yukata and slippers. The Onsens at the property were also first rate.
