Located in Miyajima with Five Storey Pagoda and Itsukushima Shrine nearby, Kinsuikan provides accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a hot spring bath. We arranged for dinner in our room, which was amazing. There was a slight language barrier at dinner, but there were English-printed menus. The location was great, right near the Tori gates. We could go out at night and see the lights since the main door is open until Midnight. The staff was very accommodating.

Itsukushimahigashimonzen Kikugawa in Miyajima provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. This 2-star ryokan offers luggage storage space and a housekeeping service. Perfect place to stay in Miyajima. Nice personal and in a very good place. Breakfast really good and the Room very comfortable.

Oyado Tsukiusagi offers Japanese-style rooms and free WiFi, within a 10-minute walk from Itsukushima Shrine. Some rooms come with sea views, and all have a private bathroom. Everything was exceptional. We loved the Oyado Tsukiusagi! It had the most comfortable futon beds we experienced through our 5 weeks of traveling through Japan, a beautiful and clean room, and the lady at the hotel was very nice and welcoming. We really love Miyajima so we were very happy that we could stay at the island through the night.

Located right in front of Miyajima Aquarium and a 5-minute walk from Itsukushima Shrine's exit, Mizuhasou offers accommodations in a modern yet traditional décor. Very clean. It was nice to have a toilet in the room. Staff was very nice and the Japanese style breakfast had a lot of variety and was very hearty and delicious!

Jukeiso features Japanese-style rooms overlooking the majestic entrance gate (Torii) of Itsukushima-jinja Shrine, only a 5-minute walk from the Unesco World Heritage Site itself. I absolutely loved my stay! The pictures don't do justice to the beauty of the place. Perched atop a gentle slope, our room overlooked the stunning Torii gate. Meals were superb, hosts friendly and accommodating. The shuttle service to and from the ferry terminal was convenient. The hot water bathtub was a highlight, and the futons were plush. Highly recommend for a memorable Japan trip.

Located in the World Heritage Miyajima Island, Iwaso features Japanese-style accommodations with beautiful surrounding views. We stayed in the older part of the ryokan and it was spectacular. The rooms have beautiful views and the onsen is heavenly. Staff were friendly and helpful, and our meals were delicious and perfectly presented. We had a very romantic stay and enjoyed being on the island at night. Do yourself a favour and wear the yukata - it's the most comfortable clothing I've ever worn. We would love to come back!

Only a 1-minute walk from Miyajima Ferry Terminal, Yamaichi Bekkan features accommodations with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Yukata robes are provided for all guests. Most conviniently located next to the ferry terminal. Teppei and Shinko San cannot be nicer. They helped with our route around the island and treated us to perfection during our stay. The food (dinner & breakfast) was surprising and delicious. Definitely our stay at Yamaichi Bekkan remains a highlight of our trip to Japan.

Located at Miyajima and featuring beautiful views of the five-story pagoda of Itsukushima Shrine, Ryoso Kawaguchi offers Japanese-style accommodations with free Wi-Fi. Quiet location. Nice staff. Roomy and peaceful ryokan. Good library with view and massage chair.
