Lovely family runs ryokan that provides a homely atmosphere. The futons were soft and comfortable. We were a big family travelling together all of us agreed that the rooms were cosy and spacious with plenty of sunlight flooding in. On top of that was we were able to see the stunning view of the Fuji mountain from our rooms. Love the traditional onsens, not one but two. Great location and the Fuji 5 lakes nearby. We initially lost our way to get there, but thanks to the friendly hosts who went outside to meet us.

We loved the country club look and feel of the hotel. It was well furnished, lots of attentive staff, the lounge food service was incredible, interesting and more than enough for all the guests.
The views were absolutely memorable. We were in room 203 which was a large room with a Tatami area.
The ladies only Onsen was divine, I only wished my husband could have joined me for the relaxing experience. The couples Onsen was a bit small and booking times restrictive. Plus extra cost of Y3,300.

Owner is friendly and helpful, speaks basic English. Accommodation is a nice Japanese style room with futon and there is non-private onsen access in the accommodation.
This sweet little inn was one of our best stays in Japan. We loved the onsen (hot spring bath), the amazing views on mount Fuji, the stillness and the lovely hospitality. The room was huge and well equipped. The japanese breakfast was very nice too.
The most lovely host ever, Amano-san really makes you feel welcome.
If you stay here you should get dinner and breakfast the food is so good.
The futon is very comfortable and cozy.
The Mt Fuji view is spectacular.
The onsen was very warm and nice.
The ambient was nice.
The host is lovely as her ryokan. The room is very spacious, with a beautiful view on Fuji San, futons are very good.
Onsens are nice.
The breakfast’s delicious.
A very nice guesthouse and a very gentle host !! 10 minutes by walk from bus stops and Ochino Hakkai.
The room is spacious and comfortable, as the futons. The onsen is very appreciable after a day of walk.
Will come back with pleasure !
Breakfast and dinner was sumptuous. The room was very clean and spacious, we also had a very nice view of Mount Fuji from parts of the room. Private onsen was excellent as well. Everything was provided like a 5-star hotel, from toiletries to drinks, they even had a towel warmer! The bed was more comfortable than some hotels. The apartment had elements of a ryokan yet was modern like a service apartment. We exceptionally love the service of the hosts :)
perfect stay for anyone who wants to experience a ryokan. it was well stocked with amenities, and they even provided a yukata to wear for the onsen! we liked that we could use the onsen privately for 30 minutes max. each time. the host was very warm and welcoming. i was really looking forward to seeing mt. fuji from our room but the weather did not permit unfortunately :( wish we could’ve stayed longer because the weather had cleared up the next day!!!
We had an amazing experience. The family managing the Ryokan is very welcome and they all speak good English.
The room was very big, with great views and comfortable. TheY have complimentary hot spring for guest use.
We would definitely recommend to book the stay with the traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast, all the dishes were delicious.
