Very comfortable experience. Spacious and clean rooms with all the necessary amenities. The shared bath at night is great for the view across the water. As for the meals it seemed that there were a few staples while a few of the dishes varied day by day. Great selection usually and more than enough to be filling. Service was excellent and they were happy to accommodate pick up and drop off from the station at hours outside their recommended.

Owner is very kind and use translate apps to explain something. Very recommended! Big, Cozy room and clean environment. Near to oike park. Have to go outside of the homestay to watch fujisan.

Food was exceptional, some of the best I've had in Japan. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They pay really close attention to your food allergies too, so this is a great location for people who have dietary restrictions.

Lovely family runs ryokan that provides a homely atmosphere. The futons were soft and comfortable. We were a big family travelling together all of us agreed that the rooms were cosy and spacious with plenty of sunlight flooding in. On top of that was we were able to see the stunning view of the Fuji mountain from our rooms. Love the traditional onsens, not one but two. Great location and the Fuji 5 lakes nearby. We initially lost our way to get there, but thanks to the friendly hosts who went outside to meet us.

Breakfast and dinner was sumptuous. The room was very clean and spacious, we also had a very nice view of Mount Fuji from parts of the room. Private onsen was excellent as well. Everything was provided like a 5-star hotel, from toiletries to drinks, they even had a towel warmer! The bed was more comfortable than some hotels. The apartment had elements of a ryokan yet was modern like a service apartment. We exceptionally love the service of the hosts :)
