Enakyo Onsen Hotel Yuzuriha, hotel in Nakatsugawa

Set 4.8 km from Enakyo Wonderland, Enakyo Onsen Hotel Yuzuriha offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as an open-air bath.

Absolutely wonderful place with a great Onsen infrastructure. Breakfast was fantastic. I feel really sorry we didn’t have dinner there, especially as we were having a hard time finding a place to eat that wasn’t already fully booked. But I have to add that we traveled during high season, so that certainly didn’t play in our favor.

With single group booking (at a time) the feeling is more relaxed and private than a hotel. Sekitaitei Ishida, hotel in Nakatsugawa

Situated in the Hirugami Hot Spring area, Sekitaitei Ishida features free WiFi access and free private parking in Achi. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Rooms include a flat-screen TV.

Everything about this ryokan is exceptional. Elegant, personal and heartwarming. The service is probably the best I've experienced in Japan; it's personalised, helpful and friendly, without feeling overbearing. The food is absolutely amazing and the dining experience feels like you're being transported to a traditional, authentic Japan, which is a rare thing for modern ryokans to achieve. The onsen is also outstanding; the water quality, the facilities, the cleanliness, the atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The Japanese style tatamirooms are very comfortable and clean. You sleep on a futon and can use the yukata for sleeping, going to the restaurant or relaxing in your room and the hotel. The hotel is in the middle of Magome Juku and is run by nice people. If you stay here, definitely order the dinner set meal and breakfast set meal beforehand. It adds perfectly to the stay and the food is very delicious. The extra price you pay for the food is definitely worth it and good price and quality for value.

The location is at the beginning trail of Magome to Tsumago. The tatami and futon is comfortable. The property is very clean. Even though the bath is sharing, we avoid the peak hour so that we can shower alone.

Right in the centre of Magome. As a Ryokan it was very comfortable. The shared bathroom was easily accessible and never busy. Basically had it to myself when using it. The room was warm and futon bed comfortable. We ate dinner in their restaurant and it was excellent. The host spoke very good English and was very friendly.

Great place to stay if you are looking for a Ryokan kind of experience minus the onsen. The location is right in the middle of town. The room was old style with a tatami. Order dinner and breakfast because the experience is worth it and there is nothing open around town.

Nice and comfortable Ryokan. Common showers (locked with a code for ladies) and toilets are very clean and convenient. The common area downstairs with free tea and coffee is spacious and ideal for groups of friends who want to hang out before heading back to their rooms. We enjoyed the tatami room with comfy futons.

Located in the middle of Magome, we stayed in an old traditional Japanese inn. The room was cosy with tatami mats and foldable beds. Our room had an on-Suite toilet. The views were nice. Japanese dinner and breakfast were included and delicious. Already an experience in its own. There was an onsen bath which was nice (it was organised with a time slot for privacy). You could have normal showers in the morning too. The staff were lovely. Everything was well organised.
