The staff is extremely friendly and pleasant. The onsen/hot baths are very nice. The lobby area is nice and modern too. Location is pretty good if you need to fly out of Komatsu airport.

We stayed in a japanese style room. We liked the mattress and futon set, they were excellent, (so comfortable!) and we had very good sleep here. The rooms were also quiet and warm and it was very suitable for our family of 5. We came with friends (another family of 5) and they enjoyed their family room very much as well. Their room was situated off a little outdoor courtyard and I can imagine it would be very nice to sit outside in warmer weather!
The breakfast was simple but very satisfying with toast, coffee, a boiled egg and drinks. Our children enjoyed it very much. The lady manning the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed talking to her. There was ample parking space and it is also situated very close to the train station.

We had an exciting, wonderful one-night stay at this beautiful and luxury Ryokan hotel, which is situated directly on the seaside with a marvelous sight on the sea and the Japanese Alps in the background, directly from our room and from the traditional hot Onsen bath (open the whole night!). The dinner and the breakfast in your private “séparée” were extraordinary, Japanese kitchen at it’s best, and the personal of this family-run Ryokan was extremely friendly and accommodating. They have also a bus shuttle from Kagaonsen railway station, which is a stop of the new Shinkansen prolongation opened only in March 2024

it is full of tradition which is valued, there are a lot of details to admire, the Onsen was great and the food exceptional, the staff were very friendly and I felt welcome and was able to fully arrive in this wonderful country after a long trip. I want to go again.
Fantastic night sleep on the futon in a tatami mat room. The underlay provided excellent comfort. Quiet, spacious and clean. Very short walk to the station.
