The onsens were beautiful, the food was phenomenal, and the staff was attentive. I'm so glad that my husband I chose to spend our anniversary night here while visiting Hokkaido.

Beautiful location by the Lake. Nice old traditional Inn. Onsen was excellent, cold pool, hot pool, sauna, right on the lake.
Food was delicious for dinner and breakfast. Good English spoken, staff is very friendly and helpful. Spacious room, clean, quiet, all worked well.
Experience culture authentically with a stay at these traditional Japanese-style accommodations. Sleep on the floor (on a futon roll) in a room furnished with tatami flooring and sliding doors. Guests can often expect access to a communal bath, plus a complimentary Japanese garment called a yukata.
Amazing onsen both in the room and public, stunning lake view from the lounge, free tea and croissants that were not even advertised, shuttle to JR station, just generally a very elegant and cozy vibe. One of the best ryokans I ever stayed at.
Room is rather spacious and big enough for 4 adults, with two single beds and futons. Tatami area and futons make the room feel cosy. The two big windows are a plus to look out onto the streets. Many food outlets right across the street. It is actually a short 5 min walk to JR Chitose Station, if you know how to take the shortest route.
We really enjoyed our stay at this traditional ryokan. It's an old place but clean and comfy. The room on the 3rd floor had a beautiful lake view. Staff was helpful and friendly. The best part was the onsen, especially the outdoor baths were really nice. The place was very quiet and peaceful during our stay.
The hotel located near the airport. We love that the hotel offers a free parking in the hotel area. The restaurant on the ground floor is excellent. We had our first meal at the restaurant and was so impressed. Our guest room has a tatami area and it is very comfortable The onsen facility is good. There are also good restaurants near by.
unbeatable locations of the onsen ryokan at the lake. it’s so nice to immerse yourself at the onsen looking over the lake and volcanoes. delicious dinner and wide spread buffet breakfast.
the room is cosy with 2 beds and 2 futons which was easy to layout on the raised tatami platform. there is a restaurant in the hotel which opened till late.
beautiful scenery everywhere, beautiful onsen, very delicious food for dinner and breakfast buffet, good service, traditional Japanese onsen ryokan experience
This historical and iconic facility has offered great view and a friendly staff. the View from the Ryokan was absolutely beautiful, and access to the onsen was easy. The facility was neat and clean.
