Exceptional location, service, with friendly welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time in New Zealand. Everything was immaculate and so well done. Getting to pet the ponies and sheep and donkeys while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake was a bonus!

Aquest hotel de luxe es troba a la vora del llac de Rotorua, a només 3 minuts en cotxe de l'aeroport de Rotorua, i disposa de servei de xofer gratuït i piscina exterior. Loved our stay, beautiful location to catch sunrise and sunset each morning! The outdoor jacuzzi was lovely! Highly recommended!
