Surrounded by Lake Rotorua, On The Point -Lake Rotorua is a luxury retreat featuring spectacular views to Mokoia Island. Exceptional location, service, with friendly welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time in New Zealand. Everything was immaculate and so well done. Getting to pet the ponies and sheep and donkeys while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake was a bonus!

Regal Palms Resort offers a range of studios, suites and apartments, all with cooking facilities and hot tub. Facilities include an outdoor heated swimming pool and sauna. The property was perfect for our stay. The bed is comfortable and the room quiet, great for sleep. The bathroom luxurious and the kitchen area well equipped. The location made it easy to get everywhere. Staff was helpful and pleasant and the resort had numerous activities on site.

VR Rotorua is enriched in ethnic history. It is at this location where the First Māori settlement was established in the region by Ihunga and his dog. What really made our experience stand out was the exceptional service, particularly from Mr. Ajay Dhaiya. Ajay was not only supportive and helpful throughout our stay but also exhibited a level of professionalism and dedication that was truly commendable. His hard work and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived at VR Rotorua Lake Resort, we knew our stay would be something special. The resort's stunning location, right by the tranquil lake, set the scene for a truly relaxing getaway. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The accommodation itself was wonderful, with clean, well-appointed rooms offering stunning views. In conclusion, our stay at VR Rotorua Lake Resort was not just memorable because of the beautiful setting and excellent facilities, but also because of the incredible staff, led by examples like Ajay.
